INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Water color hearts on the left side of water color paper and spatter with red.

2.  Cut hearts and stem Sizzix dye cuts and adhere to card over water colored hearts.

3.  Stamp words on card.

4. Apply Shimmering Mist over entire water colored piece.

5. Apply water colored paper to red cardstock.

VOILA!  Now you have a beautiful rubber stamped card perfect for Valentine’s Day, Weddings, Birthdays, or just thinking of you:)
