INGREDIENTS…
1 1/2 pounds chicken
1c flour
3 beaten eggs
4 c frosted flakes
6T butter
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
INSTRUCTIONS…
Place each chicken breast between syran wrap and pound lightly until about 3/8″ thick.
Cut into strips.
