It’s been awhile since I posted so I wanted to have a fun freebie to share with you all! Since Valentine’s Day is around the corner I thought I would share these cute bag toppers with you! Now you can fill your bags with any cookies, bars, or candy, but when I showed them to my mom she was so happy to pull out her jumbo heart and lips cookie cutter and make some shortbread on a stick! Large chocolate chip cookies would be super cute in these bags too!
Just CLICK HERE for the free download of the small topper. This topper works well with sandwich size zip lock bags! Just fill your bags, print out tags on some cardstock, and staple to the top of your treat bags!
Just a few tips…If you want to make cookies on a stick, press the stick into the cookie dough before baking.
Sometimes the slider part of the bag needs to be slid a little towards the center of the bag to allow the tag to be stapled in place.
You can hot glue some ribbon or mini ball fringe along the bottom front edge to add a little more whimsey!
