Basic ingredients combined to create something beautiful.  These brownies are gorgeous even without the luscious chocolate covered strawberries!  I wish the picture truly captured how fudgie and moist these brownies are.

NANA’S BEST FUDGIE BROWNIES

1 1/2 cups butter room temperature

2 c sugar

1 T vanilla

6 large eggs beaten

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup cocoa

1 t salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and eggs.  Mix flour, cocoa, and salt and add to butter mixture.   Pour into a 9″ x 13″ pan and bake for 40 minutes.  Allow to cool before cutting.
